Access Documents Associated with an Account

If account statements, notices, and similar materials that are associated with an account are available online, you can view them using the Documents feature.

To access online documents that are associated with an account:

  1. Access the account for which you are locating online documents.
  2. In the account navigation area, click Documents. The Documents page appears.
  3. Use the controls available on the Documents page to retrieve, view, and save available documents.
