Install Trusteer Rapport
Trusteer® Rapport from IBM® Security helps protect your Windows® or Macintosh® computer from malware and phishing attacks. If you have not already installed Rapport on your computer, the online banking service may offer you the opportunity to install it after you sign in.
Notes:
- When you install Rapport, the program protects all web browsing activity on your computer, including but not limited to your online banking activity.
- When you install Rapport, the program protects all supported browsers on the computer.
- If you install Rapport on a browser other than Chrome, the next time you open Chrome after installing Rapport, the browser prompts you to install Rapport on Chrome.
- For a list of supported browsers and operating systems, see trusteer.force.com/PKB/articles/en_US/FAQ/supported-platforms/p. At this time we do not support Trusteer for the mobile operating systems that this page lists.
- Download the Trusteer User Guide at www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS7MJT_1412/ug/book_Rapport_UG.dita.
To install Trusteer Rapport if the installation page appears in an overlay window after sign-in:
- Click the Download Now button. The installation program downloads to your browser's default download location, and the overlay window closes to display the online banking service.
- Browse to your browser's default download location, double-click the installation program, and then follow the prompts to install the program. You do not need to restart your browser.

Note:
After you initiate the installation process, the Home page ordinarily appears; if you are eligible to enroll in optional functionality, or if your user profile requires updates, an enrollment or user profile update page may appear.
