You may be able to authenticate your identity by answering a challenge question, receiving and providing a one-time passcode, or choosing between a challenge question or a passcode.

Generate a One-Time Passcode via Text Message
If the Text message section appears, you can request the online banking service to send a one-time passcode via text message to the mobile phone in your user profile.
To generate and use a one-time passcode:
- Click Send text message. The online banking service sends the passcode in a text message, and the Passcode field appears.
- In the Passcode field, type the passcode.
- Click Continue. The Home page ordinarily appears; if you are eligible to enroll in optional functionality, or if your user profile requires updates, an enrollment or user profile page may appear.
Generate a One-Time Passcode via Voice Call
If the Phone call section appears, you can request the online banking service to send a one-time passcode via a voice call to any phone number in your user profile.
To generate and use a one-time passcode:
- From the Receive a one-time passcode via automated phone call to drop-down list, select a phone number.
Note:
This step applies only if you have registered more than one phone number. If you have registered only one phone number, the number appears on the page as text, and you do not need to select anything.
- Click Call phone. The online banking service dials via automated voice response service to provide the passcode, and the Passcode field appears.
- In the Passcode field, type the passcode.
- Click Continue. The Home page ordinarily appears; if you are eligible to enroll in optional functionality, or if your user profile requires updates, an enrollment or user profile page may appear.
Answer a Challenge Question
If the Answer a question section appears, you can answer a challenge question that you previously specified.
To answer a challenge question:
- Click Answer challenge question. One or more additional fields appear.
- In the field associated with each challenge question, answer the question.
Note:
If on the sign-in page you opted to hide your user name, the online banking service automatically masks the field associated with the security question. Click SHOW in the answer field to reveal the text of your answer.
- Optional: Select the Don't challenge me again on this device check box to register the device to help streamline future sign-in attempts.
- Click Continue. The sign-in process completes. The Home page ordinarily appears; if you are eligible to enroll in optional functionality, or if your user profile requires updates, an enrollment or user profile page may appear.
